Roof Lead Outcomes
Privacy notice
Effective October 12, 2026
Who we are
This website belongs to Roof Lead Outcomes, which sets up AI receptionists for roofing and concrete contractors. Roof Lead Outcomes is a brand operated by This Right Stuff, LLC. This notice covers the website, the interactive examples of contractor websites it shows, and our hotline's text messages.
What an example processes
Each interactive example is operated by Roof Lead Outcomes, not the business shown. It may process chat text, contact details, optional photos, and appointment choices to generate responses and keep the temporary experience consistent. Netlify hosts the page, and OpenAI processes model inputs used to generate chat or photo responses.
What does not happen
Inputs are not delivered to the business shown. The page does not create a contractor lead, contact a contractor, write to a CRM or calendar, send email or text messages, place calls, or complete any other external action. Raw chat, contact, and photo values are not included in product analytics.
Temporary handling
Contact and appointment state is held temporarily in the application and expires automatically. Accepted photos are temporary; deletion is requested after processing completes, fails, times out, is cancelled, or is abandoned, with a short expiry as a safety net.
Hotline text messages
Separately from this website, our hotline will send one transactional confirmation text for each completed example booking, to the phone that placed the call, and none if the caller says no. These texts start only after the carriers approve the registration of our business texting number. The calling number, the text, the record of the caller's opt-in and any opt-out are held by our phone and messaging provider, not by this website. The calling number, the text and the record of the opt-in are kept as proof of the opt-in for four years after the last text to that number. An opt-out is kept for as long as the hotline sends texts, so that it is honored. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. The text messages page describes how a caller opts in.
