What we send

Roof Lead Outcomes is a brand operated by This Right Stuff, LLC. Roof Lead Outcomes runs a demo phone line where anyone can call our AI receptionist and book a sample roof visit. When a caller completes a booking, we send one confirmation text to the phone that placed the call, unless the caller says no. We never text a number that was typed or spoken during the call, and we send no other texts.

How the caller opts in

After the booking is complete, and before anything is sent, the receptionist says:

“I'm texting your visit details and a link to reschedule or cancel to the phone you're calling from”

The caller can answer before the text goes out. If the caller says no, no text is sent.

Sample message

[Company] (demo): your roof visit is [day, date, time] at [address]. Reschedule or cancel: https://roofleadoutcomes.com/demo-booking. Demo text from Roof Lead Outcomes, no real appointment was made. Reply STOP to opt out.

The link opens the page where a homeowner would reschedule or cancel; it says nothing was booked. It reschedules or cancels nothing.

Frequency, help and opting out

One text per completed booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or email demo@roofleadoutcomes.com. Reply STOP to opt out: you receive one confirmation and no further texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See our Privacy notice and Terms of use.

When texts start

These texts start only after the carriers approve the registration of our business texting number.
